The agents barely speak English and just waste your time. If you ask for a supervisor, you just get stuck on eternal hold.
So I tried chatting with someone online and they sent me a SIM card that I didn't ask for. They told me four days ago that someone would call me back within 48 hours but of course no one did. Then they sent me an email asking me to call them, as they weren't able to help me online.
But they can't help me over the phone either. PATHETIC.

Well, I’m trying to figure out how to get my phone working correctly and runs out of data and locks up a lot, but I can’t get a hold of them at all
This was very hard to get a hold of them at all times one time I my minutes ran out for data and I bought unlimited data and got charged for it but yet they wouldnt. I wasnt able to use it when I needed it when my data ran out And then now I cant even get a hold of them at all.

Im trying to get my old account number from Q link, so I can bring my phone number with me to my new service!!! Twice they told me to enter my credit card and for only $1.00, I can get my old account number!!!
Both times I tried, they tried charging me 50 something dollars!!!
Can someone please help me besides just taking back to the credit card information part??? I took a screenshot of the $50 odd dollars they tried charging me!!!

I need a refund! I don't understand why I am paying for a broken phone and I've paid almost half of the payment loan!
The total is 172, I believe. I've paid 113 so far!
If Q Link is going through legal trouble, I want a refund!
Also, why is the number provided for customer service not in service ? Unbelievable!

It says sos at the top of the phone. All calls are failing cannot call out at all.
Cant get any calls.
Please help me. Cant even make a phone call out on Wi-Fi calling either.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Fraudulent Business Practices, Flagrant Predatory Government Benefits Abuse
I had to escalate reporting about issues with Qlink Wireless to the FCC, Consumer Federal Protection Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, The Universal Service Administration, and Better Business Bureau. Some corrective actions must have been taken upon Qlink Wireless by one or all of the agencies as my phone call service and unlimited data was restored for January this afternoon on 01/31/24. I will be changing cell service providers soon.
Qlink Wireless responded in writing to my complaints blaming me, the consumer, of fraud, overuse for the month of January, and misconduct. I wrote a rejection letter pointing out that I was told by a Qlink complaint resolution specialist who called in response to my FCC complaint that "there was no additional assistance that could be provided and, according to their terms and conditions, (Qlink Wireless) has the right to refuse some or all of the phone services for any reason at any time at their discretion".
In the letter I admonished Qlink's reluctance to seek common ground after the FCC complaint was receipted and I stated then would have been an optimum opportunity to restore combined services as they were at no cost because Qlink was the one who made changes to the account. I further stated this would have also restored my previously positive customer experience with their phone services. Qlink Wireless LLC, is a provider that has a large customer-base who are 150% below the poverty line and recipients of governmental programs that have strict income qualifications that must be met for the consumer to even be a participant. My additional statement to the company's respondent was that, "It puts your business (Qlink) in a poor light as well as being predatory on a less fortunate and impoverished person which is an overwhelming majority of the consumers you, Qlink, provides Lifeline and ACP services for.
It is not only egregious and disdainful to take advantage of any public assistance recipient or the benefits it is abhorrent to have such hubris that, you, Qlink wouldn't treat even the lesser with the same respect and dignity you would give someone you deemed of higher station. We are your customers and you, Qlink, state customers can "Feel confident knowing Q Link Wireless will always have you covered" according to your website landing page.Those aforementioned niceties are what we Americans unanimously call "Good customer service"; Your written response, laying blame at the consumer's feet for flagrant misrepresentation, attempting a money grab on an impoverished and disabled enrollee, the further retaliatory act to subjecting me and my account to further harm, and exacerbating the issues with depraved indifference toward the consumer that you, Qlink, created for the consumer is not." After they received this response, my services to make and receive calls was restored with unlimited data, too.
Lifeline provides telephone access such as calls and texts with qualifying restrictions and applications must be made through the National Verification Center prior to getting service. Both combined with Qlink Wireless are of no cost to the consumer for using Qlink's services on your own unlocked device. I had both from 04/15/2019 until 01/26/23.
My service practically were SIM card services for free unlimited Talk, unlimited text, and free unlimited data. My phone data was inaccessible and wouldn't allow me to send SMS photos or videos on 01/16/2024.
I could see where Qlink had me on both the ACP & Lifeline combined "Always On Unlimited Bundle Plan" but the service was being denied to me for some reason.
I contacted Qlink and was told I was out of data after using 7.5 GB of data for the month of January and must pay additional funds to replenish it. The CSR also stated this is common for random consumers to experience. Qlink customer Care said that "according to Qlink's terms and conditions banning access to some or all features of their governmental phone services could be slowed, stop, or cancelled at any time for any reason".
We could not find an amicable solution where I wouldn't have to pay Qlink more money to get full governmental benefits they were paid to provide to me by the end of the call, so I reported the issue to the FCC. I highlighted the examples of deceptive and unfair business practices, misuse of governmental funds, and not providing the services for which they were being paid.
In retaliation, Qlink made unauthorized changes to my account and available services.
I am unable to make or receive inbound and outbound calls as of 3pm on 01/26/24. My account details also were changed to unlimited calls and texts and 4.5GB of data to no fault nor action of my own from the "Always On Unlimited Bundle Plan". I am unable to make any calls at all.
Qlink is listed as my Lifeline Benefits provider as of today, 01/27/24.
This has been an egregious endeavor. Qlink customer service hangs up after several 2 hour or greater hold times so you have to call back to be hung up on again making the call center impossible to reach someone to resolve issues from morning to night and Qlink arbitrarily changes account services access and availability without consumers consent while collecting federal funding to provide services on consumer's behalf.

I tried to use my phone on a certain date unsuccessfully. I later found out the reason I could not use my phone was that I had exceeded the minutes on my plan.
I got a notice from Stand Up Wireless that they now had my account.
The plan I had at home with Q Link Wireless had unlimited minutes for my phone usage. Stand Up Wireless had a maximum of 1,000 minutes per month.

caveat em tour. They do not speak the language. They try every dirty trick the can to shake you down for more scratch, they have no business operating in this country.
For what it's worth, they pled guilty to federal fraud charges. Probably the most honest thing they've ever done.
