Activation and new service
I filed a dispute and I still have no response
I was disconnected 3 times without ever being connected to a representative. I have already been without service for 3 months because Qlink sent me a SIM card so I can switch my service and have a new unlimited plan. Make sure you can speak to someone real.

Without warning or reason, Qlink service ended, and no help to resolve the issue has been offered. I desperately need the service.

It just finally stopped working and the screen turned green, and you cannot see contacts or dial out. It's time I get an upgrade if at all possible.
Please, I do my banking and everything on there, so it is pretty important to me! Also, if you had to reach out in an emergency situation, you would not be able to!
