Q-Link Wireless LLC 499 E Sheridan St STE 400 Dania FL 33004-4600 Complaint Description: I have been switched to Sprint without my permission and I cannot dial 911 unless I pay for the call with a credit card. I do not know is the tower is down or not.
I cannot contact Qlinkwireless to find out. I am being forced to pay for a toll free number at the price of $10.00 through Sprint. I made a couple of phone calls today and there was no problem until I had to make an emergency phone call. One can screw that.
I called the toll free number from another phone and I could not get past the worthless menus of trying to contact a human being. All I got was how to sign up with them and for the status of a phone. I cannot contact Sprint to find out what is going on. Here's the email response.

I have filed several complaints about this company. Now I will have to go with someone else. I cannot receive any phone calls and I cannot contact 911 or a physician. Their so-called response is 3-5 business days.
That is too long to solve any problems and there are times that I do not get a response. I cannot call 911. I cannot contact my primary care or oncologist. I cannot contact this company through another telephone.
